This course consists of a fire safety talk followed by a 'hands on' demonstration with fire extinguishers. It is set to provide personnel with the necessary information, knowledge and training required for them to be competent in fire safety.
Why should you train your employees: Apart from a legal obligation to provide all employed personnel with adequate fire safety training, it has been proven time and again that a well trained workforce not only reduces the risk of fire, but in the event of one, employees will respond more quickly and effectively to minimise damage.

To identify the various types of fire extinguishers
How to use the fire extinguishers
To be aware of your evacuation and fire assembly points
To explain the 'Fire Precaution Regulations'
The presentation is followed by a practical fire extinguisher handling demonstration
where each delegate will have the opportunity to extinguish a small fire.
