This is a one day course designed for those delegates who have already completed the full Managing Safely for Construction Managers/Managing Safely in Construction Courses. It aims to refresh aspects from the original course and further enhance the delegates' knowledge and skills beyond those covered on the original course.
Outline the key elements of Successful Management Systems based on HSG 65
Outline the key elements of the Loss Management Model and general Principles of Risk Assessment
Advise delegates of the changes in legislation, HSE (NI) Guidance and British/EU standard affecting the construction industry.

Assessment will comprise of a written multiple-choice paper given at the end of the course.
On successful completion of the course delegates will be awarded a Certificate and application may then be made to CEF for renewal of, or upgrade to, the CSR Platinum Manager's card.
